Will I be able to review my final brand kit before you send the final files?
Yes, one round of revisions to review the design is included. Any further revisions or customisations will be charged accordingly.
What can I customize?
The logo design will be replaced with your business name, the font of the logo layout will stay the same, and the colour palette will be updated to suit your business and target market.
I will then update the Facebook Header, Social Post templates and business card template with your logo & brand colours – all while keeping my expert deigner-eye on all your elements making sure they look professional and WOW!
What will I receive at the end?
You’ll receive your logo suite via email with all your logo files in all the popular formats. I will also include an instruction guide so that you know exactly which file sizes to use for which applications. All brand files will be optimized for both web and print so you have everything you need to get started right away.
You will get your social post templates as well as your Facebook Header and business card in Canva making it easy for you to add content to your templates.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges if I change my mind?
No. Due to the digital nature of this product, I do not offer refunds and/or exchanges.
Do I receive the working files of the logo?
No, you will receive your completed logo but in various file formats, so that you have the correct format depending on where and for what you want to use it. It is standard practice for designers to supply “final” (flat) files and not the working files to clients on completion of a project.
However, you will receive your social media posts, Facebook header, and business card as Canva templates. This means you can edit the layout of those if you wish and easily add your own content. I include a step-by-step guide to show you how to do this.
Will I be the only one with this brand kit?
I sell limited quantities of each brand kit and use my expert designer-eye to customise each kit in such a way that it looks unique to YOU.
